Per calcolare la retribuzione annua lorda (RAL), bisogna moltiplicare la retribuzione lorda mensile per il numero di mensilità scelto (es. 13 o 14 mensilità).
Ad esempio, se la retribuzione mensile lorda è pari a € 2000 e viene corrisposta in 13 mensilità, la retribuzione annua lorda è pari a € 26.000 (€ 2000 * 13 = € 26.000).
