Laid back atmosphere and awesome people. Hard to get a place to get in after my crazy work schedule but why were open later than most. I had Anthony who was extremely professional and took his time and did exactly what I asked for esp with little hair I had when I came in. Will never go anywhere were else. Hands down best place for a shape up. Def getting a shave next time in.read more

Hands down the best cuts I've ever had. All 3 locations have great barbers but the Wilkes Barre shop in my opinion is the most unique shop. You can enter from the opposite side of the block and walk through the adjoining tattoo shop, really cool experience!Cuts are always top notch ($20), atmosphere is really welcoming, laid back, and chill. They also have their own grooming products that are locally made. Cool t shirts and sweatshirts also. And you can conveniently make appointments online.read more

I love all locations of Loyalty. The WB is closest so I go there usually. It took until I was in my late 30's to find the right person to cut my hair, but it was worth the wait to find Loyalty Barber Shop!read more

What a great barber shop, I'm from out of town so just give this place a try and wow. I had George as my barber and I've never had such a great time in a shop. My first time coming here, I've seen the locations in Scranton and decided to call the Wilkes-Barre location and give them a try, talked with Crystal who set up my appointment and cut my hair and was just floored by how friendly and courteous the staff was and how at home I felt being there.Struck up some killer conversation with Crystal about movies and was VERY impressed with the haircut!Will DEFINITELY be coming back again and again...Highly recommended!read more
