Obviously we love Thanksgiving over here at Rabbit and Wolves! After all it is the most food-centric holiday of them all! This year we decided to do something a little extra special and we put together the most amazing vegan Thanksgiving menu of all time. Two mains, four sides and two desserts, all totally irresistible. As an extra special treat we also made a downloadable shopping list with everything you will need to make the whole menu and some super cute downloadable menus that you can hand out to guests, if you are feeling extra fancy!
Vegan Crispy Black Pepper Cauliflower Steaks
Vegan Savory Stout and Vegetable Pies
Vegan Garlic Chive Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes
Vegan Roasted Apple and Root Vegetable Stuffing
Vegan Sweet Potato Gnocchi
Vegan Truffled White Macaroni and Cheese
Vegan Dark Chocolate Pretzel Pecan Pie
Vegan Pumpkin Mousse Pie
I recommend making any or all of the recipes from out most amazing vegan Thanksgiving menu, you will not be disappointed. I’m in love with each and everyone of them. My favorites would have to be the savory stout and vegetable pies, the roasted apple and root vegetable stuffing and the pumpkin mousse pie! We hope you enjoy and have a truly amazing plant-based thanksgiving that will show everyone how easy it is to be vegan. During the holidays and all year round.

I made your pot pies about 5 times last year! We couldn’t get enough of it at thanksgiving so I made it all throughout December, and tried “mini” pot pies in cupcake tins- such a hit! Looking forward to making these again this year 🙂

I made the whole menu!! Everything turned out amazing! The cauliflower steaks were a giant hit. The apples in the stuffing were perfect. Cream cheese in mashed potatoes? Oh yes! The subtle cinnamon in the sweet potato gnocchi went perfectly with the coconut bacon. The drizzle of truffle oil on the creamy Mac and cheese!! The deep dark flavors in the pot pies!! So good! And the desserts? Outrageous! Thank you so much for this menu, everything was perfect. Truly exceeded my expectations. We had brand new friends over for dinner, and I think I secured the friendship with this meal! Thank you!

[…] When I sit down to consider my new Thanksgiving menu for the year, I make sure it covers all the bases. A delicious main course, a potato dish, a mac and cheese, some roasted greens, definitely some stuffing and a unique and perfect dessert! This vegan Thanksgiving menu hits all of those! The roasted cauliflower is spicy and a little sweet, roasted with some veggies and broth so it makes its own sauce. The gnocchi mac and cheese is so creamy and cheesy without cream or cheese, and using gnocchi makes it super special and amazing. The brussels sprouts are pretty addictive and so darn easy. The stuffing is incredible and it is a stove top stuffing so it is literally ready in 10-15 minutes! The mashed potatoes are so smooth and decadent! The bread pudding is one of the best things I have ever eaten! If you are interested in last year’s thanksgiving menu, you can check it outHERE! […]
