Jack Whitehall was full of love yesterday as he praised his 'amazing' girlfriend Roxy Horner and shared the first photos of their newborn daughter.

The model, 32, gave birth to their first child - a baby girl - at the Lindo Wing at St Mary's in London and was seen leaving the private hospital with comedian Jack, 35, and their new bundle of joy on Tuesday evening.

Jack admitted on Instagram the following day that the experience was both 'utterly overwhelming' and 'joyous' in ways he 'couldn't have imagined.'

Roxy experienced a tumultuous third trimester and a physically and mentally debilitating pregnancy overall, so the couple were no doubt delighted at the arrival of their baby girl.

Who is Roxy Horner?

Roxy was born on June 20 1991 in Essex, to Lisa Rae Horner and PJ Hawn - an international songwriter and music producer.

The first-time mother is a model, who had already made a name for herself long before she met Jack Whitehall.

She has been signed to Premier Model Management modelling agency more than a decade,and made her first appearance in British Vogue at the age of 17.

According to the model's agency, Premier Model Management, Roxy has worked with brands including Max Factor, Elle Magazine Face Gym, Super Dry, Soft Paris, L’uomo Vogue, Coco De Mer, Hunger Magazine, Pandora, Victoria Secret.

She has also collaborated with prestigious photographers, such as Rankin, andhas acting credits in small productions.

The stunner has had a string of alleged high-profile exes - she's been linked to both Leonardo DiCaprio and Joey Essex, as well assinger Jake Bugg, who she split from in December 2019.

Roxy denied ever being more than friends with Leo after they were accused of spending the night at a hotel together, but they were spotted out on several occasions in London and New York.

Roxy and Jack met while the comedian was on a trip to Australia, and, not long after, they ended up isolating together in London during the first of the Covid-19 lockdowns.

Sources suggested the pair enjoyed isolating during the lockdown and have been going strong ever since.

Jack has been dating Roxy for more than five years and they reside in a £17.5million, five-bedroom home in Notting Hill with their pooch Coco - and, now, with their newly arrived baby girl.

Roxy's health woes

Roxy was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in May 2021, after having to be resuscitated backstage at the Brit Awards when she fainted due to being undiagnosed at the time.

And, detailing a recent scare, Roxy explained that she was 'beyond grateful' for the device, with her family and friends coming to help with the 'frightening' scare.

Roxy wears an electronic device which monitors her blood glucose level and sends a message and alarm to her and others phones when it is dangerously low.

She shared a screenshot of the Dexcom, a diabetes management app to her Instagram Stories, with the app appearing to save her during the medical emergency.

Writing over the shot, she penned: 'I still find it frightening when I have a hypo alone as I can go unconscious & I'm still learning that when I'm sick it's different and more difficult to manage.

'I'm beyond grateful to have @dexcomuk which alerted my people, she added.

Roxy hadspoken out about her 'horrific' pregnancyin June as she prepared to welcome her child with Jack.

The model announced in May that she was expecting a baby after having a miscarriage, and revealed on a June episode of Steph's Packed Lunch that they are having a baby girl.

During her appearance on the show, Roxy also spoke to host Steph McGovern about the impact of her pregnancy on her Type 1 Diabetes.

She said: 'Your sugar levels kind of go up a lot higher during pregnancy, because you come become more resistant.

'So it's quite hard to manage and it's changing weekly, before I was pregnant I knew exactly my carbs to insulin ratio, whereas now it's just changing all the time.

'I'm having to up my insulin dose pretty much daily at the moment because I'm in the third trimester and that's when it really kicks in.

'You have to manage it a lot more tightly as well during pregnancy because it's not just you, you're thinking about the baby as well.'

In August, Roxy told fans how she has been in 'agonising' pain throughout her third trimester of her pregnancy due to being diagnosed with Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction(SPD).

She revealed that she has been struggling with pelvic pain due to SPD, which is common in pregnancies and is a collection of uncomfortable symptoms caused by stiffness in the pelvis joints or the joints moving unevenly.

Roxy told how she has been left in pain attempting to walk and move amid her struggles with SPD - having to use crutches for the later part of her pregnancy - but has said her mother Lisa Rae has been looking after her.

She said in an Instagram post: 'Just can't wait to have baby girl here and not feel this way anymore, it really is excruciating to walk or move right but not long to go and apparently all symptoms of SPD go away once bubba arrives.'
