Access your OneDrive files

To access your OneDrive files:

  1. Open Microsoft Teams (free).

  2. Tap your profile picture, then selectFiles.

  3. TapOneDrive.

Share a file

To share a file:

  1. Open Microsoft Teams (free).

  2. Tapyour profile picture, then selectFiles.

  3. TapOneDrive.

  4. Browse to the directory for the file you want to share.

  5. TapMore Access your OneDrive files in Microsoft Teams (free) (1) next to the file you want to share.

  7. Tap the chat you want to share the file to. OneDrive will generate a link to the file.

To share a link to a OneDrive file:

  1. Open Microsoft Teams (free).

  2. Tap your profile picture, then selectFiles.

When you share files or files are shared with you in chat, those files will automatically be added to your OneDrive.

To find shared files:

  1. Open Microsoft Teams (free).

  5. Select the file you wish to view.

  7. Select the chat you want to share the file to. OneDrive will generate a link to the file.
