Access your OneDrive files
To access your OneDrive files:

Open Microsoft Teams (free).

Tap your profile picture, then selectFiles.

TapOneDrive.
Share a file
To share a file:
-
Open Microsoft Teams (free).
-
Tapyour profile picture, then selectFiles.
-
TapOneDrive.
-
Browse to the directory for the file you want to share.
-
TapMore next to the file you want to share.
-
TapShare .
-
Tap the chat you want to share the file to. OneDrive will generate a link to the file.

Tap theSend button to share the link to the chat.
Get a link to a file
To share a link to a OneDrive file:
-
Open Microsoft Teams (free).
-
Tap your profile picture, then selectFiles.
-
TapOneDrive.
-
Browse to the directory for the file for which you want to get a link.

TapMore next to the file.
-
TapCopy Link .
-
OneDrive will generate a link, which is automatically copied to your device’s clipboard to share however you want.
File Storage in Microsoft Teams (free)
When you share files or files are shared with you in chat, those files will automatically be added to your OneDrive.
To find shared files:

Open Microsoft Teams (free).
-
Tap your profile picture,then selectFiles.
-
TapOneDrive.
-
Tap the Microsoft Teams Chat Files folder.

Select the file you wish to view.

Share a file
To share a file:

Tip:If you want to preview a file, select the file name to open it. Close the file to go back to your directory.

TapMore next to the file you want to share.

TapShare .

Select the chat you want to share the file to. OneDrive will generate a link to the file.

Tap the Send button to share the link to the chat.
Get a link to a file
To get a link to a OneDrive file:

Open Microsoft Teams (free).

Tapyour profile picture,then select Files.

TapOneDrive.

Browse to the directory for the file for which you want to get a link.
Tip:If you want to preview a file, select the file name to open it. Close the file to go back to your directory.

Select Copy Link . OneDrive will generate a link, which is automatically copied to your device’s clipboard to share however you want.
File Storage in Microsoft Teams (free)
When you share files or files are shared with you in chat, those files will automatically be added to your OneDrive.
