I’ll tell you a little about Manhwa. Manhwa are South Korean Colored Manga. Yess! They are colored. Most of them are translated to English and you don’t have to look for them on various websites. Manhwa usually have amazing art styles. The battle sequences are even awesome. Famous Manhwa like God of High school and Tower of God are even adapted into anime.
I’m pretty sure you’re interested. Let’s talk about Martial Arts a bit. Martial Arts is a widespread form of combat used all around the world. However, it is centralized mostly in China, Korea and Japan. Manhwa/Manga about Martial Arts are pretty awesome.

I’ve got another great story for y’all. This Manhwa is about the story of two siblings. The MC, Cheong Gwang, is a loser, who has no ambitions in life and just follows his sister. The MC’s sister, Myeong-Wol, is a girl who is hungry for power. What’s more, is that both of them are War Slaves. Wars are dumb, aren’t they? I mean, you can literally lose everything due to war. It’s just insane.
Hmm! The plot seems a bit bland, doesn’t it? Well! There are other aspects of the story, but I don’t want to spoil everything here.
The art style of this Manhwa is one of the best I’ve seen in recent years. The Character development is also amazing, and I’m pretty sure you’ll like it.

Yet another amazing Isekai Manhwa coupled with Martial Arts. This concept is getting more and more popular. Wizard’s Martial World follows the story of a Magician named Midran. Midran trained his entire life and reached the 7th circle. Even at the age of 78, he was looking for a method to reach the 8th Circle. However, all his efforts were wasted as he suddenly turned into a child.
Now, what can he do? He must be so disappointed. But, he decides to work even harder and reach the 9th circle. Can he do it? The answer to this question lies in the Manhwa, ofc.

This manhwa has a special place in my heart. I didn’t think that I’d actually like it this much. It follows the story of a boy named Sung Woo-Mun. Sung’s mental condition continuously worsens because when he was young, a Sage gave him a painting.
Sung was hated by the villagers and even by his own parents. However, his life changed when he turned Twenty. Some strange powers started to awaken inside the painting. I knew there was something wrong with the painting, hmmm!
With these strange powers, Sung’s mental condition just disappeared, and he was perfectly alright. Perhaps better than alright, lol! Now, the main question here is, What lies ahead for him? What are these strange powers and is there any limit to them?
The characters are pretty enjoyable. I mean, you won’t be bored as you’re binge-reading it, lol!

Now, this one’s pretty long. It consists of 600+ chapters, oufff! Ruler of the Lands follows the story of two teenagers named Bi-Kwang and Kwa-Rin. Both of them possess the infamous “Sword of Flowers”. However, one day, as they tried to defeat Sang Pil Jin and his gang, they lost possession of the Sword. Now, they have to get it back.
But, they are not the only ones after the Sword. Sang Pil’s boss, Master Yoo, and the Black Serpents are also after it. Who will get the sword? Hmm! I think Bi-Kwang and Kwa-Rin should win, as they are the MCs, duhhh! Still, there are a lot of twists and turns in the story.

This manhwa revolves around Ryu-Yeon who had lost both his parents and lived alone. His life was a mess. He could just make some sculptures. However, his life was about to change. One day, an old man saw him making some sculptures. That old man was pretty impressed by his skills and asked Ryu to become his disciple.
Ryu had nothing else going on with his life, so he accepted the offer. Wait! Who was that old man? I know you have many questions. But, for their answers, you have to read the manhwa.

Legend of Phoenix follows the story of a 10-year-old boy who got transported to a world of Dwarves. Yess! You read that right! Dwarves. He easily got used to the living style there and was hoping to lead a peaceful life. He even learned the Dwarves’ technique of Smelting and created a new form of Martial Arts.
Things seem too peaceful. Something has to happen here. How about some enemies? Yeah sure, why not? I won’t spoil you any further tho. The character development in this one is pretty amazing, and the artwork is also quite consistent.

Another interesting Manhwa about Technology and Martial Arts. This Manhwa follows the story of an Ai Robot whose plane crashed, and he ended up in a world of Martial Arts. Yess! His dimension also changed as a result of the crash.
In this new world, the robot helps everyone. He doesn’t get tired or sleepy. He can cook for other people. People started to call him “Hero”. However, life is not this simple. There are some difficulties for the Robot as well.
I know this is a different concept, but Manhwa artists are surely using it well. The art style is also pretty neat and smooth. In short, I’m sure that you’ll enjoy it.

I’ve brought you guys another pretty interesting story. This Manhwa follows the story of a boy named Bira. Bira used to live alone with his Grandfather in the forest. They were pretty close. However, his grandfather had warned him to not get close to other humans.
One day, as both of them were wandering in the forest, Bira’s grandfather went somewhere and asked Bira to wait for him. Bira waited for many years. He even befriended a family of Bears, lol! How do you even do that?
However, one day, a human named Tanyu enters the forest and becomes Bira’s friend. Tanyu tells Bira about his life-threatening mission. Bira didn’t want to lose his only friend and left the forest to protect Tanyu. Interesting, right? The setting of this Manhwa is pretty unique and the characters are also pretty likable. I’m sure you’ll like it.

This Manhwa follows the story of a teenager named Mu Sung. Mu Sung works at a restaurant and has only one dream. That is to win the heart of So Yeon. However, it is not easy. So Yeon is the daughter of a wealthy family.
For his goal, Mu Sung decides to become the Shinsu Jeil Blade. What is that? Shinsu Jeil Blade is a term named after a famous Swordsman. Now, the main question here is, how can he become that? Well! This is the world of Manhwa, anything can happen here. Mu accidentally finds a handbook illustrated by a Legendary Master. Hmmm! Interesting, right?

This Manhwa follows the story of a Warrior whose sole purpose in life is to exterminate these Moshins. It doesn’t matter to him If they are good or bad. He just wants to delete them from existence. Another interesting fact about the Warrior is that he uses a Black Sword.
The character designs in this Manhwa are freaking awesome. The art style is also pretty smooth, so it’s a quick read. I’m sure you’re ready to binge it, right?

This Manhwa combines different Genres like Romance, Martial Arts, and Comedy. The author of this Manhwa tried something new, and I guess it turned out pretty well. And this Martial Arts Manhwa is set in a High School.
It basically follows the story of various Martial Arts Masters striving for power and to see who is the best. This battle has been going on for thousands of years with different stages. This time around, the stage is set in a High School. I’m pretty sure it’s interesting enough to give it a try, right?
The art style is also pretty neat and the fight sequences are really amazing as well.

This one is for Sword Art Online fans. Well! It’s kinda different, but the VR concept is the same. It follows the story of a guy named Shin Youngwoo. Shin had a tough life as he was bullied since childhood. As an adult, too, he had difficulties. He worked at a construction site and was tasked with carrying bricks.
He started playing a VR game in order to feel better. However, in VR too, he was pretty unfortunate. But he is still the MC. Something has to happen to change his life. One day, as he was playing the game, he found a hidden dungeon andddd……. No, no, no, I won’t tell you any further.

It can be a girl or something else. He spent his entire life on the battlefield in order to achieve that goal.
Interested? I’m sure you are. The characters of this manhwa, in particular, are amazing. You’ll fall in love with them.

At this point, I think I’m in love with martial arts Manhwa. I mean, they are just amazing. The art styles in most of them and the fight sequences are just amazing. I can read them all day long.
This Manhwa follows the story of a teenager named Mukhyang. His name, “Mukhyang”, was given to him by an enemy nation, who trained him to be an assassin. Before this, he was known as 2044.
Mukhyang trained really hard and became one of the best assassins in the entire world. However, his heart was empty. He wanted something else, and that thing was Swordsmanship. He wanted to become a swordsman. And his dream came true as he met his mentor, Yu Baek of the Hwan Sa Sword. Can he achieve his dream? Hmmm! I think you know what I’m about to write here, lol!

Another pretty amazing Manhwa on this list. Fight Class 3 follows the story of a teenager named Jiu Ji-Tae. The world in which Jiu Ji lives is a world ruled by combat sports, and South Korea is the Headquarters. They even have special schools for combat.
The MC, Ji, despite being a weakling, gets admitted in one of the Prestigious Schools, Nam Tl. He wanted to leave the school. However, he was stuck there and had to cope with this situation.
Now, the main question here is, can he really become strong using his Jiu-Jitsu? To find the answer to this question, you’ll have to read the Manhwa, lmao! The art style and character designs are also pretty amazing. So, you’ll enjoy reading this one.
16. Tale of a Scribe Who Retires To The Countryside

This one here is rather interesting. As you see in most Martial Arts Manhwa, the MC of the show is either out for revenge or is just hungry for power. However, in this manhwa, the MC is just a retired scholar who wants to live peacefully in a village. During his peaceful life, he is selected by a Martial Arts teacher, who orders him to record his life on paper.
As days passed, the MC found himself attracted towards the path of his Master. Wait? Who was his Master? Actually, his Master was commonly referred to as the “Martial Arts King”. Hmmm, now you’re curious. I’m pretty sure you’ll enjoy this one. The art style is pretty neat and as you read it, you’ll get attached to the characters.
15. Strongest Fighter

How about we combine Isekai and Martial Arts? I’m sure it’ll make a great combo. This Manhwa is an example of that. Strongest Fighter follows the story of a guy who was Isekai’d as he was on a date. Lol! I guess his date is ruined now. At first, he thought that he was on a movie set. However, after some time, he realizes that he has reincarnated as a baby. His new name was Gunchung, and he was a part of one of the strongest clans.
This manhwa basically follows Gunchung as he uses the knowledge of his previous life to become the strongest fighter of all time. The art style and characters won’t let you get bored. I can at least assure you that.

Another pretty unique concept on this amazing list. I think I just complimented myself, lol! Escort warrior is not your typical revenge martial arts manhwa. The story is quite unique in my opinion and I definitely don’t want to spoil it. I’ll tell you some things about the MC. The MC of this show hates himself. He thinks that he is not capable of anything.
However, all of these changes as someone called him Brightness of Hermit. This marks the beginning of his journey as an escort warrior. The art style of this manhwa is amazing. Well! Most Manhwa do have amazing art styles. Besides the art, the character development is also exceptional.
13. Memoir of The God of War

This manhwa follows the story of Dan Sa Yu. Dan is a descendant of the Goryeo and is an expert martial artist. He is so strong that no one can stop in battle. A question arises here, What is he fighting for? Dan fights for the sake of his close friend. Ahhh! Friendship! A good friend really is a great treasure.
The Manhwa basically follows the story of Dan as he becomes the God of War. The art style of this Manhwa is also amazing, and the characters are just too amazing.
12. Way to Heaven

Ahhhh! This one is special. A unique story!
Way to Heaven follows the story of two orphan siblings. The siblings used to live alone. However, their life completely changed when they met an old lady. The Old Lady claimed to be their Grandmother. But, in reality, the Lady was a Martial Arts Master. She realized the hidden potential inside the elder sibling and decided to train him.
Ohhh! I forgot to mention the name of the old lady. Her name is Jinmu Shim-Mu. This Manhwa is basically the story of her Last Disciple. The Disciple who is destined to reach the skies.
I’m pretty sure you’re intrigued by the story. It really is an exceptional Manhwa in terms of storytelling and art style, ofc.

This one is also rated pretty high. How about we couple the Isekai genre with Martial Arts? I know it sounds amazing. This manhwa follows the story of a teenager who gets reincarnated into an alternate reality.
A reality where the world is ruled by Martial Arts. This might be a bit difficult for him, don’t you think? However, there is a system to help him through all this. At this point, most people are bored of this system based Manhwa. However, this one is a bit different. The MC is not completely dependent on the system. He studies and trains hard.
The art style is also pretty neat, so It is a pleasant read.

I know you guys love the Isekai genre. Well! Who doesn’t? I can watch Isekai anime all day long. Volcanic Age follows the story of a guy named Ju Seon Cheon. Ju is the man who survived countless wars and destruction. He even became the head of his Clan, Hwasan. However, all of this didn’t please him. He lived a life of regrets. He regrets that he couldn’t save the ones he loved. With all this sorrow, he was on his deathbed.
But, wait! This is a Manhwa. Something has to happen. In this case, Ju reincarnates into his past self. He is now determined to not repeat his past mistakes.

I think I’ve told ya before that I’m a huge fan of unique stories, Have I? Well! This Manhwa falls right into that category.
It follows the story of a Bachelor named Ma Hyun. One day, Ma Hyun suddenly disappeared without anyone knowing. People thought that he was dead. However, after 10 long years, he returned and that too as a Martial Arts Master.
After all this time, he still continues his career as a teacher. Aside from being a teacher, he also fights an evil Organization named Heukcheonbyeol. Now that’s what I call a Weird Teacher, lol!

The plot of this Manhwa might seem a bit weird and bland. However, I assure you that it won’t let you get bored. It follows the story of a guy named Yong Yeon. Yong Yeon is a member of the Gunlimdan. What is Gunlimdan? I won’t tell you, lol! Just kidding! It’s a secret agency built for various unknown purposes.
Gunlimdan has certain rules that are followed by every member. One of them is that you can’t speak about Gunlimdan. The sole purpose of Gunlimdan is to take control of Danju. Why? Well! I won’t tell you this either. See? I’m trying my best to not spoil you.
The art style and character development in this Manhwa is phenomenal. I’m sure you’ll love it. The action is also at its peak.

Ouff! That was a long name. I’ll tell you one thing I’ve learned over all these years of watching anime and reading Manga. Anime/Manga having long titles are usually amazing. Take “That Time I Got Reincarnated As a Slime” as an example.
This Manhwa follows the story of a Teenager who suffers from Bullying. I’m sure almost all of us have faced this issue as teenagers. This teenager decides to get admitted to a Martial Arts School so that he can defend himself.
However, things usually don’t go as smoothly. The school he got admitted into was not ordinary and he realized that too late. Now, he has to cope up with all this. Can he do it? The answer to this question lies in the Manhwa, lol.

Ahhhh! A story about revenge. You know what? I really love revenge stories. I mean, there is always some hidden enemy about which we don’t know. And it makes my heart flutter, lol!
Gosu follows the story of a teenager who is hungry for revenge. Revenge for what? Actually, he wants revenge for his master who was once betrayed by his own men. Even though the Master was really powerful.
After knowing all this, the teenager decided to take revenge for his master. He trained really hard and learned all the secret techniques of his master. However, as he sets out for revenge, he finds out that the traitors are already dead. Lol! What! They’re already dead? What is he supposed to do now?
Hmmm! I won’t spoil you any further. You gotta read the manhwa.
5. Peerless Dad

Peerless Dad is one of my personal favorites. I really love the father-child relationship in this one. It follows the story of a guy named Gajang Noh. Gajang is a martial artist and a pretty strong one as well. However, as his wife died, he loss motivation. Now, he has to take care of his three children all alone. He just does jobs that guarantee his safety.
But all of this changes, as a demonic cult starts stealing children from the town. What will he do now? He can’t leave his children alone. He has to fight for them. It is time for him to unlock his true potential. Can he do it? I’m pretty sure he can, you should never underestimate the power of a Father.
4. Poison Dragon: The Legend of Asura

I know you guys have heard the name Asura somewhere, right? In Mythologies, ofc. This Manhwa follows the story of a teenager named Jin Ja-Kang. Jin is basically the reincarnation of Asura. Jin is also the Sole Survivor of his clan, the Baekhwacheol-Geok Clan. As Asura awakens inside him, Jin craves Vengeance.
He wants revenge from those who murdered his entire clan, the Gangheo Murisma. The plot follows Jin’s story as he tries to take revenge for his clan. Can he do it? I know you want answers. Right? But I won’t tell ya, buhahahahahaha.

I seriously don’t want to spoil this one for you. Like, it really is amazing. The name might seem a bit cringy. However, once you get into it, you’ll be amazed. The art style, plot, and characters, literally everything is amazing.
About the plot, I’ll just give you a little hint. Just remember this phrase, “It is the Beginning of Destruction”. Yess! Destruction. Any further and you’ll be spoiled too much. Remember one more thing, the MC is a Doctor. That’s what the title says, lol!
Don’t you guys think that Doctors work too hard? I, myself, am a Medical Student and I know the struggles. Anyways, I hope you guys will enjoy this one.

How about a Manhwa involving Nanotechnology and Martial Arts? A pretty odd combo, right? However, the author of this manhwa has managed this combo too well.
It follows the story of an Orphan boy named Cheon Yeo-Woon. Yeo-Woon belongs to the Demon Tribe and is considered pretty weak. However, one day, his entire life changes as a guy from the future inserts a nano chip into his body. That guy claimed to be his descendant.
With the nano chip inside his body, what is he capable of now? I’m pretty sure you’re interested to find out. But, for that you have to read the manhwa, lol.

Justice is a bitter thing. Most people in this world are deprived of it. Some even commit suicide because they couldn’t get Justice. The same is the case with our MC, Seayoung. Seayoung was beaten brutally by his classmates to the extent that he was in a coma. His father tried to get justice for his son. He tried for 8 long years, then killed himself as he failed.
As Seayoung woke up, the investigation got quick and the culprits were sentenced properly. However, Seayoung was still frustrated and locked himself in his room. After a long time, when he got out, he noticed a huge sword on the roof of his house. The sword had “Fighting Sword” written on it. This incident changed his life completely.
I’m sure you’re curious to find out what happens after this. But, I won’t tell you. I’ve already spoiled you too much, lol!
